As a company we understand that some works just cannot wait and as such require immediate attention. Our office is open Monday to Friday 8-5 (4pm Friday) to deal with any reactive maintenance required. Out of hours we employ the following system for contracted service customers a secure dedicated out of hours number is provided for contact 365 days per year and we will endeavour to attend as soon as is practically possible.
The limitation for these call outs are for total loss of facility or uncontrollable leak leading to damaging loss of water.
